Our Apex Success Story
Our clients gave us a call from our monthly magazine and brochure that gets mailed out to all the homeowners in Civita. They expressed to us that they were looking to sell their home in Apex and purchase a bigger home but needed the proceeds as a down payment for their new home. They ultimately wanted a buyer to be flexible and allow them to do a rent-back while they search for their next home.
During our initial appointment, we walked through the home, took detailed notes, and made recommendations on how their home would show in the best light. After we understood what our clients wanted to accomplish and saw their home in person, we were able to come up with a custom plan. A few recommendations we had were to declutter, remove personal photos, clean the windows, and touch up paint throughout the house. We were able to coordinate painting and let the painter in while they were away for a few days to make it less stressful for their family.
Towards the end of the home preparation stage, we had a new buyer who was specifically looking in Civita. We knew this home could be a great fit for them, so we brought them through. Ultimately, they loved the home and decided to move forward with purchasing it. They gave the sellers an extended escrow with the ability to close early if they found a home quickly. In addition, they gave them a 60-day rentback. It worked out perfectly for both sides.
