Karl’s Kitchen – Dill & Oregano Shrimp Bowl


1 clove chopped garlic
10-14 shrimp peeled and deveined
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup tomatoes
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp white wine
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
handful chopped oregano
handful chopped dill
salt & pepper to taste


  1. Start by heating up a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, chop the garlic, onion, oregano, and dill.
  2. Add the olive oil and butter to the pan. Then add the onion and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the shrimp, white wine, lemon juice, heavy cream, oregano, dill, smoked paprika, and tomatoes, and cook for about 5 minutes or until the sauce has reduced by hal. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
  3. I like to serve mine with rice, but you can also toss it with pasta.
