- Follow directions on the package to cook couscous.
- While the couscous is cooking, start making the vinaigrette. Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, lemon, garlic, red pepper flakes, basil and salt and pepper to a bowl, mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl add the tomatoes, feta and onion. Pour in the cooked couscous and toss with the dressing. Once combined add any additional salt and pepper to taste.
