The sale of this condo was very personal for our client. In this situation our client had a sudden loss of a family member, and she was assigned as the trustee. She was responsible for selling the home while living on the east coast. There is a lot of responsibility that comes with being a trustee which only adds to emotional suffering of losing a family member. How we went above and beyond!
From our initial meeting we suggested staging, touch-up paint and cleaning. The home already had furniture from the owner, and she wanted to save money on staging. We were able to work with our stagers and come up with a plan to partially stage the home. They were able to use some of the existing furniture along with a mix of their own. This saved our client money but also brought in a more modern appeal to showcase the property. We had private showings throughout the first weekend and ultimately received an offer over asking. In addition, we were able to handle all minute tasks for our client such as coordinating furniture donations and meeting with staggers, painters, and appraisers.
