Once the house was ready, we scheduled our photographer and carefully selected specific angles of the house that would have the greatest impact on potential buyers searching online. From there we wrote a blog with a custom URL attached to it for easy access to key information on the home. In addition, we printed out custom brochures and business cards specifically tailored to the property. Lastly, we sent mailers to all of the Civita homeowners and featured it in our neighborhood brochures, inviting them to our open house.

It was a warm weekend, so we catered a variety of delicious ice cream tacos. Prior to the open house we sent invitations to all the homeowners in Civita to join us for ice cream and to check out the house. Having neighbors mixed in with potential buyers is one of the best ways to make the new buyers feel at home. Because neighbors enjoy sharing about their neighborhood, everyone tends to congregate there. Ultimately, the buyers of this home were chatting with the neighbors for quite some time.
