Once the house was ready, we scheduled our photographer and carefully selected specific angles of the house that would have the greatest impact on potential buyers searching online. From there we wrote a blog with a custom URL attached to it for easy access to key information on the home. In addition, we printed out custom brochures and business cards specifically tailored to the property. Lastly, we sent mailers to all of the Civita homeowners and featured it in our neighborhood brochures, inviting them to our open house.

Catering taquitos from El Tianguis at our open house was one component that put everything today. Not only were the taquitos delicious, we featured them because they will be one of the first fast casual additions to the Civita community. Prior to the open house we sent mailers to the owners in Civita. Having neighbors at our open houses is one typically one of the best ways to entice potential buyers. Neighbors love to talk about how great the community which leads to everyone hanging out. This typically leads to competitive offers because buyers see a lot of people who could be interested. Ultimately, we ended up with 8 offers and the home being sold over list price.
