We broke a sales record in Frame & Focus and sold it off market!

It was an incredibly fulfilling experience for my clients when we sold their townhome as a Compass private exclusive and set a new sales record in Frame & Focus. During our first meeting, we thoroughly inspected the property and offered recommendations to help them achieve the highest possible sales price. The property was in excellent condition, with only minor improvements needed, such as washing the windows. Since my clients did not want to hold open houses and were not ready to list on the public market, we suggested a Compass exclusive listing.
