Gravity Heights, the popular San Diego brewery and restaurant, is expanding its reach with a new location in Mission Valley. This exciting development comes three years after the successful launch of the original Gravity Heights brewpub and beer garden in Sorrento Valley.
Founded by the visionary team behind renowned establishments like Whisknladle, Catania Coastal Italian, Milagro Farm Winery, and Park Commons Food Hall, Gravity Heights has quickly made a name for itself in the local culinary scene. Spearheaded by Whisknladle Hospitality CEO Arturo Cassel and AleSmith’s original brewmaster Skip Virgilio, the concept combines exceptional craft beer with a modern Californian food menu curated by culinary director Ryan Johnston.
The forthcoming second location of Gravity Heights is set to open its doors in the vibrant Mission Valley area. Situated near the Metro Mission Valley apartment complex, this new venue will boast a spacious 12,000 square-foot layout. Patrons can expect a comprehensive food menu featuring a diverse array of options, including appetizers, soups, salads, wood-fired pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, brunch items, entrees, and desserts. In addition, the bar will serve an enticing selection of cocktails, Gravity Heights’ signature craft beers, and the renowned wines from Milagro Farm.
