A New Beauty & Wellness Concept Is Coming to Mission Valley
EverSun Beauty & Wellness is opening on Mission Center Road in 2026, bringing tanning, skincare, red light therapy, infrared treatments, and other wellness services to Mission Valley.
I recently came across the new EverSun location planned for Mission Center Road and wanted to share it, especially for anyone in Mission Valley who uses these types of services.
EverSun may be a new name to some people, but there is actually a little more to the story. The company is the evolution of iTAN Sun Spray Spa, a name many San Diegans will probably recognize.
The updated concept still includes tanning, but EverSun is expanding the focus to include skincare, light therapy, infrared treatments, and other wellness services.
Business: EverSun Beauty & Wellness
Address: 5658 Mission Center Rd., Suite 301, San Diego, CA 92108
Opening: 2026
Phone: (619) 937-7777
Services: Spray tanning, sun tanning, WellFit skincare, infrared + salt, and red & blue light therapy
So, What Exactly Is EverSun?
If you see the EverSun name and assume it is simply another tanning salon, the concept is actually broader than that.
Traditional sun and spray tanning are still part of the business, but EverSun also offers red and blue light therapy, infrared and salt services, and WellFit skincare.
For people who already use these types of beauty or wellness services, the Mission Valley location will bring several of them together under one roof.
EverSun is essentially the next chapter for iTAN, with a broader focus that now goes beyond traditional tanning.
What Will the Mission Valley Location Offer?
EverSun has already listed the services planned for Mission Valley, so we have a pretty good idea of what will be available when the location opens.
Red & Blue Light Therapy
Light-based treatments are part of the expanded EverSun concept, including both red and blue light services.
Infrared + Salt
Infrared and salt therapy will also be offered, adding another category to the location beyond tanning and skincare.
Spray Tanning
Sunless spray tanning remains part of the EverSun lineup for customers who already use these services.
Sun Tanning
Traditional indoor tanning will continue to be available as part of the transition from iTAN to EverSun.
WellFit Skincare
The Mission Valley location is also expected to offer EverSun's WellFit skincare treatments.
More of an Evolution Than a Completely New Business
This is probably the most interesting part of the opening from a neighborhood standpoint.
EverSun is the new direction for iTAN Sun Spray Spa rather than a completely unrelated business. The company says its locations are transitioning to the EverSun name as it expands beyond its original tanning-focused model.
That means people who were already familiar with iTAN may recognize parts of the concept, while also seeing several newer services added to the mix.
In other words, it is less of a brand-new business arriving in Mission Valley and more of an existing concept getting a significant update.
Why I'm Sharing It
EverSun probably isn't a business I will personally use, but I know tanning, skincare, and wellness services are popular, so I wanted to make sure Mission Valley residents knew it was coming.
That's really the goal with these local updates. Not every new business is going to appeal to everyone, but it is still useful to know what is opening and changing around the neighborhood.
The Mission Center Road location also puts EverSun close to Civita and centrally located for much of Mission Valley.
What We Still Do Not Know
The biggest unanswered question is the exact opening date.
EverSun currently lists the Mission Valley location as opening in 2026, but a specific date has not been announced.
We also do not know the final hours or whether pricing and membership options will be identical to other EverSun locations.
Rather than guess, I will update this article as more information becomes available.
My Initial Take
From my perspective, the interesting part is simply seeing another Mission Valley business evolve and expand what it offers.
If you already use tanning, skincare, red light, infrared, or similar wellness services, you'll soon have another option right here in Mission Valley.
There is still no exact opening date beyond 2026, but I'll keep an eye on the location and update this page as I see more progress or additional details are announced.
