May 2023 Housing Market – Civita in Mission Valley

Over the last 60 days, there has been a significant improvement in the Civita housing market. Although home sales remained at five, the number of homes under contract jumped to six. The sold homes ranged in price from $905,000 to $1,382,500, and they spent an average of only 11 days on the market, a considerable decrease compared to the previous months. Currently, there are only five homes available for purchase, priced between $975,000 and $1,200,000, and they have an average of 85 days on the market. Despite the low inventory in Civita, there is still a massive demand for properties from eager buyers, making it an ideal time to sell your property. Interest rates have decreased slightly in the past week, but they remain volatile, with frequent changes from day to day.
