Civita’s Farmers Market is Back!

Civita’s farmers market is back, and it will be held every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will be held in Civita Park and will feature a diverse range of vendors. It’s a must-visit if you’re looking for fresh fruits and vegetables from certified local growers. Bring your appetite because there will be baked goods, coffee, espresso, and much more. It’s a beautiful place for a picnic and a stroll through the park after a day at the farmers market.

The farmers market is located at Civita Park in Mission Valley. Civita park has it’s own parking lot as well as street parking along Civita Blvd.

Favorite Vendors

A few of my favorite vendors at the farmers market are Panzerotti & More, Kombucha Cares, and Ruth’s Salsa. Ruth has some amazing salsas ranging from mild to hot and even has her own freshly made chips. When I visit Panzerotti & More I typically get the meat lovers empanada. You can either have them heat it up for you to enjoy at the park or take it home and bake it later. Kombucha Cares has great flavors and one of my favorite things to do is mix the Watermelon Cucumber and Blueberry together. It tastes so refreshing and it’s perfect for a warm day.

Visit their Facebook page for the most up-to-date information and a list of all the vendors.
